Jim Nix
I like shooting in Nashville - there's a lot to see and some great spots for photography. Take this one, for instance. You can give me a score of zero on originality if you want, since I have posted shots from this spot before. But that's ok - I love the view of downtown from the Shelby Street Bridge so much that I shoot it every time I go there. I've got plenty more to process from here, so you will see it again sometime! Even though there is basically one composition you can get from here, the light and colors always vary, so each shot has a slightly different look. This is my most recent effort, from my trip a few weeks back, and so far it's my favorite one. But, I reserve the right to change my mind next time. :)

Beautiful shot Jim! Terrific processing!
Great lights and clouds Jim. I feel the same way about certain locations. For me, photography is a passionate hobby and as long as I am enjoying what I shoot, I'm okay.
It's a beautiful scene for sure, Jim. Great colors, and who can resist a scene like this with a reflective body of water? Sweet!
Nice wok Jim, love those colors, I can see why this is one of those that you shoot every time
The clouds and reflections look really cool.
Rich, Len, Jimi, Mike and Aaron - thanks so much, I really appreciate it guys!
Really like this cityscape. The colours, reflections and POV all work well here.
This is so very wonderful, Jim! Great colors and tones in the sky there, and the city just looks so very beautiful here! Great job, my friend!
