Under Eye

I snapped this one quickly as I was walking under the London Eye.  I say quickly because once you get near this thing with a camera and tripod in hand, the Police ask you to leave.  I assume it's because of the tripod, but I didn't push it, instead playing the role of the humble American and just got out of their range - and then shot some more!  Those are silly rules anyways.

Great shot, Jim. Really like this awesome point of view.
I know what you mean about those rules, just makes little if any sense at times. Great job on grabbing and going. :-)

Excellent composition Jim. I like the different perspective of this oft photographed subject. It is pretty stupid these days as the iPhone 4s has an excellent camera, yet they don't stop people with them.

It's like being the event photographer at a Black Crowes concert.
